The Importance of Images to Adsense contents

The importance of Images in Google Adsense contents
As you may have picked up, the inappropriate use of images on an Adsense website can see you disqualified from using Adsense. This should not be taken as a caution against using any images at all. In fact, the best performing Adsense websites will include healthy use of text and images to benefit one another.
Part of the reason for this is that without images, a page can appear to be somewhat “dry”  and this is not beneficial for encouraging visitors to your site. Endless reams of text can make the page seem somewhat “academic” and this will make some readers leave the site without even reading. They cannot tell from a cursory glance how interesting your written content is – and sometimes a cursory glance is all they will give it.
Now this does not mean that you need to go crazy with images, posting them in huge numbers with little relevance to the content. In fact, this can be as much of a turn-off as having no images at all. However, you should be aiming to include at least a picture per article, to illustrate the content and to break up the text and make it less imposing.
Additionally, most content management systems will allow you to add keyword tags for an image, and as long as you do not abuse this system (by using irrelevant keywords for the image) it can give the site more of a “pull” for Google searches. Get a balance of pictorial and written content and you'll get more visitors and more clicks.
