FG Declares Monday 3rd October as Public Holiday

It is another great time to mark the
56th Independence Anniversary of
Nigeria and the Federal Government
has declared Monday, 3rd October,
2016 as Public Holiday to that effect.
This was made known by the Minister
of Interior, Lt Gen (rtd) Abdulrahman
Bello Dambazau, while making the
declaration on behalf of the Federal
Government.
He commended Nigerians both within
and in Diaspora assuring them that the
present administration is working
seriously to bring solution to the
present economic recession.
The minister urged Nigerians to
continue to support President
Muhammadu Buhari in his avowed
determination to build a strong, virile
and united country in line with the
dream of the country's founding
fathers.
He wished all Nigerians a wonderful
anniversary.
